Shipping Policy
All items are hand made to order in Texas. All orders are shipped after processing (5 business days excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed on Friday, or the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. The order processing time refers to the time period from when we remove a product from our inventory, manually prepare it (e.g. hand-pressing, packing), and finalize the order for shipment to you. Please allow 5 business days from the ship date before you email about your order. We typically get orders out faster than 5 business days and you will receive a shipping notification email once your order ships with a tracking number.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs can vary widely depending on several factors such as the store's location, the buyer's location, shipping method chosen (standard, expedited, express), the weight of the order, and any ongoing promotions or discounts. We have provided shipping cost details during your checkout process so that you can review and select the most suitable shipping option based on your preferences and urgency.
Damaged/Broken
So sorry that your item arrived damaged! Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to an order once it is picked up by the shipping carrier for delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and box in which the order was shipped. Once all the information and photos are received, we will then issue a replacement order. If you message us after 7 days, we cannot replace your item.
Lost Package
The Art of Mugs™ is not responsible for lost, damaged in mail or stolen items once shipped. Once these delivery and tracking numbers have been provided, all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates.
Refund/ Return Policy
All items are final sale, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges but If you have any questions, problems, or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all customs taxes, duties, or import charges. We do not cover additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination country. These charges vary based on country laws and policies, and we cannot estimate the amounts. The Art of Mugs™ is not responsible for any custom delays. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees and taxes, a refund will not be applicable.
U.K. Customers: You will be responsible for applicable import/VAT taxes. These are not charged at the time of purchase and will be due upon receipt of your local government.
